After having an awful experience trying to get my car fixed. I explained here in a review what had happened and received notice that they had figured out the problem. So after four months my car was fixed. They realized the inconvenience and did not charge the $1383.24 bill. This was extremely generous.

My husband and I have always dealt with Russell Castile in the service department. He is very knowledgeable and helpful to us with any problem we may have. He is courteous and goes above and beyond answering our questions. He always get us in and out in a timely manner He is our go to person when we have any concern about my vehicle. He’s the best!!!

Recall of my Chevy Silverado for steering problem. Was completed satisfactorily. However, computers were down that day and service took much longer than expected. It was something that was out of your control otherwise very satisfied.

I took my truck for a auto Butler appointment. My truck looks great the inside was detailed and all windows were cleaned. The staff was great everyone was friendly.

First, I was able to make an appointment on a Saturday. Very helpful since I work full time Monday thru Friday. The first time, I was there for 2 hours. This time it was quicker. For all they do (tire rotation and all) I thought it was pretty quick this time. I was in and out in a little over an hour.

I purchased this Cadillac (2014 CTS previously owned with a little over 20,000 miles on it. I received several notices to take it in for service; on 9 May, notice appeared in dash cluster to take in for service. I called Bentley and got an appointment. Mr. Cecil Staggs was the Service Rep I dealt with. He was extremely nice, pleasant, and professional.

Both buying experiences have been relatively pain free. I pretty much dictated the buying process both times, meaning that we only discussed what I wanted. At no time was I ever pressured into doing something that I wasn't comfortable with nor did they try to up-sell me on a more expensive vehicle, which is something that other dealerships often do. There is certainly a reason why I bypass the Chevrolet dealer closest to my house in Tuscumbia, Alabama and instead opt to do business with Bentley in Florence.

09/13/2016 I arrived at app and was immediately had car taken for oil change and they replaced the hepa air filter I brought to them Celia keep me updated while I was there before I left my car was also washed ( excellent job) I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone

I searched for a year for a used Colorado that met my expectations(options and price range). I got a price guarantee certificate thru USAA and Gordon/Bentley came in under it by a $1000. I got a better than expected trade in value and a 7 year warranty on top of a 1 year old Colorado with only 8000 miles. I contacted Gordon via email. Made appointment. Drove alittle over 100 miles.
