Car has 41k miles and just found the the engine air filter and cabin air filter has not been changed. My wife said no one has advised her that needed done. So I replaced both today and I found there are missing screws on the air box.

Had first service on a new GMC vehicle bought at Bentley in Huntsville. Scheduled appointment and it still took over 1 1/2 hours. Also the DEF was not filled and that’s part of the first service on a new vehicle.

Salesman although being new was both professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t have his computer setup he had another sales have to do the paperwork. This person was also friendly and professional. The financial manger also was a pleasure to deal with he answered all questions we had

The service manager was courteous and give me a ball park estimate for the work to be done. Ended up doing additional work and the total bill was under his estimate! Work was done in a timely manner as well.

No hassles. Just gave me the opportunity to say yes or no. I offered an alternative to buy and I feel like everybody won. I saved money. The dealership definitely gained a valuable customer and they made a few bucks. Even a bad prostitute doesn't give it away for free. Just an all around awesome experience that I've already shared with5 people.

What I was impressed with is there were no hard sale tactics by your sales staff. I told them what I wanted and they agreed. I will be back.

Good experience. All were very nice and helpful. Only negative is the inside was not satisfactory cleaned up (wiped down) when I picked up post accessory installation. Dealership has agreed to clean up when I have a chance to bring it back. I will recommend the dealership to others.

They were able to get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership and had all the finance paperwork completed so we didn't have to spend hours completing the purchase. First off I had to make my appointment online and then I arrive for my scheduled time and was informed that they accidentally overbooked and that it would take about a hour and a half to get my truck done which was ended up being almost 2 and a half hours. I went to pay and noticed my bill was $15 dollars more than it should have been. I was told it was for an oil additive. I booked an oil change and tire rotation online and also stated at drop off that that was all I wanted and then was charged for something I didn’t want or ask for. I had cash to pay for the oil change but was not expecting the extra so I had to pay with card and to add insult to injury was then charged an additional $3.15 for having to use a card. Sounds a lot like theft by deception to me. I also had just detailed the inside of my truck the day before and the outside was fairly clean besides driving it there in the rain that morning but when I got my truck back it had mud and gravel dust all slung down the sides and all in the floor boards. I have been getting my oil changed at Bentley for years with no problems and have had excellent service but this one visit has made me never want to come back.

Although I had a 9:00 appointment and was there on time, it was 15-20 minutes before I got checked in at the desk, as the service dept was busy. Devon is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the waiting area comfortable while vehicle being serviced. An oil change was scheduled, and I got an additive I did not ask for. Not upset, just would like to have been asked if I wanted it first. Overall a good experience and I will be back for future service.

I waited for nearly 3 hours to complete an oil/filter change and tire rotation. However, since I had to wait for what should have been done within an hour or less, the service manager thanked me for waiting and said “The service was on Bently…no charge.” I sincerely appreciated that!

Prompt, friendly service.

Trip 1: Charged me a diagnostic fee and priced a new windshield washer motor/installation. Turns out I was simply pressing wrong button. Which means there was no actual diagnosis performed. Trip 2: Trucks sits outside for a week and no actual diagnosis performed on knocking. Was simply told "it's normal" Trip 3: $400 visit for annual service. Charged me and changed my oil just before telling me I need a crank seal. Definitely could have saved me that money because the oil has to be changed under the warranty repair. And I doubt they were kind enough as to replace the oil additives I paid for. Trip 4: Warranty repair(crank seal). 3 requests and almost had to cause a scene to obtain a loaner. "It's about a 2-day turnaround" they said. Truck sat untouched for 6 1/2 business days. Picked up on day 9. Drove it for a week and there is a puddle of oil in my driveway. Messaged a picture to service advisor, awaiting response.

Every one was so helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and helped me with purchasing custom items for my truck. The military discount is pretty great also.

Got me into oil service quickly

Usually when I get my car back, the oil percentage has been reset, it still said 28%. I did reset it. The tires had been rotated, and they did fix an issue, 3 out 4 tires had different air pressure. 45, 46, 47. And the tool that is used to take off the tire was laying in my console. They have always been very professional. Devon is the best. Maybe I’m just being petty, but those things are part of having your car serviced and gauges reset for accuracy.
